What draws me to this role is the chance to help executives turn ambition into real progress. I take pride in keeping programs running seamlessly, staying a step ahead of challenges before they surface, and shaping an environment where participants feel genuinely supported in their growth. I value the energy that comes from working alongside driven professionals, and the privilege of playing a part in their journey as leaders.

I am passionate about cultivating strong relationships with faculty, participants, and staff to create a collaborative, welcoming program environment. Bringing together professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds is one of the greatest strengths of executive education, and I am committed to fostering a space where those varied perspectives are valued and heard. I also take pride in ensuring the program runs smoothly and efficiently, so participants can focus their energy on what matters most: their own growth and development as leaders.
