• O-Fest second week of fall semester
• Officer training
• Organization training options open. (Three from the menu are required for all undergraduate student organizations prior to renewal in March.)

NOTE: Outside of organization meetings, rehearsals, practices, and the like, no events will be approved before Labor Day unless an organization is collaborating with the Campus Activities Board on a program. The event registration form will open 2 weeks before Labor Day.

October-February 

• Request to organize process opens (closes at the end of February)
• process is open. 
• Organization training options available. (Three from the menu are required prior to renewal in March.)

NOTE: We suggest organizations hold officer elections sometime prior to renewal process.

March 

• Organization renewal process for undergraduate student organizations opens past Spring Break. (During renewal, request to organize process is closed.
• Event registration can occur. Organizations who do not complete renewal process may encounter a hold on event approvals.

April/May 

• Spring required trainings
• Closet sign-up
• Mailbox sign-up  
• Organization renewal process for graduate student organizations opens. (During renewal, request to organize process is closed.

Summer 

• Organization closet space cleaned out
• Planning for fall semester
• O-Fest sign-up open
• No organization events held over summer
