Marquette Explorer Program
The Marquette Explorer Program is a concurrent dual-enrollment program offered by ÌÇÐÄvlogÃÛÌÒ for partner high school students. Why are returning students asked to submit the application?
Spring 2027 will be the first term using our new application system, which is why both new and returning students are required to submit a new application so that each could have an application portal. For subsequent terms, returning students will be able to submit their applicaitons directly through the application portal withouth having to start a new applicaiton from scratch.
Do students need to know what class to enroll when filling out the application?
No. Dual Enrollment course selection is NOT part of this initial application. Course selection will be available through the application portal around the start of the semester. Students can select the specific dual enrollment course(s) they wish to take for college credit at that time.
What if a student hasn't decided whether to take dual enrollment course?
If a student is undecided about taking a dual enrollment course, we still encourage them to submit the Explorer Program application before the deadline. Submiting this initial application keeps the opportunity open without committing the student to enrolling in any dual enrollment courses.
