Please feel free to drop in whenever your schedule allows. Whether you need to grab-and-go between classes or want to stay, rest, chat, and tour our space, our doors are open to companions on the journey.

These figures will, in turn, energize us to be lights who warm the hearts of our fellow sojourners with compassion and solidarity.

Join members of the Marquette community for a meaningful morning as guest Rev. James Flaherty, S.J., university chaplain, shares personal stories and insights from his life and leadership journey. Through his reflections, we’re invited to pause, connect more deeply with our own paths, and consider what it means to live more wholeheartedly.

Magnifica Humanitas and the Future of Human Flourishing: Faculty & Staff Reading Groups

Pope Leo’s latest document provides a wonderful opportunity for Marquette to explore our pillar of “Faith.” Magnifica Humanitas offers an account of the human person at a moment when technology increasingly shapes our personal and professional lives. These reading groups invite participants to explore the encyclical as it relates to our work at Marquette as a Catholic and Jesuit institution. The groups will meet 5 times on a bi-weekly bases for an hour. We welcome you to join a group that best fits your schedule.

Faber Center Silent Retreat
Friday through Sunday, NOV 6-8 at the Jesuit Retreat House in Oskosh, Wisconsin
Give yourself the gift of quiet time to refresh and renew your spirit. This free, silent retreat is an opportunity for our faculty and staff to reflect and be renewed. Join us as we tap into the Ignatian tradition and explore the spiritual wisdom it offers us today.
This retreat will be led by Catherine Punsalan-Manlimos Spiritual Director with the Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life, Puget Sound | Vice President for Mission Integration | Professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at Seattle University
Check-in from 4 to 6 PM Retreat starts at 5:15 PM with a Social in Loyola Lounge Departure after lunch on Sunday
